Related option is ON, but when I edit any article, I should clean manually cache for page whis related content ID.

The option only applies to front-end editing. You should manually delete the cache when you edit from the backend. If you need to automate the process, use the Cache Cleaner Pro extension. It does a fantastic job in cleaning global cache and jotCache after each save/delete/publish action.

This extention clean all cache or just cache of edited article?

It clears the system cache and JotCache. If you want to refresh the cache instead of clearing it, the plugin provides a facility to query a url. Use that to your advantage by calling the recache script from a hand crafted php page.
